Since the start of the 21st century, no other part of London has changed quite as much as Shoreditch. What was once an almost no-go outpost of the capital, butting up against the Square Mile, has become prime real estate.

Now it’s a bustling, buzzing hive of creative energy, ranging from art and fashion to media, music and tech. And when all of that arrives, then great food, nightlife, shopping, and – of course – hotels, will surely follow.

Plus, it couldn’t be easier to head east (or west) for a visit now, thanks to the Elizabeth Line. Whether you’re here for a long time or a short time or even if only to check out one of the many markets on offer, there really is a hotel for everyone.

Hi and welcome to the Passion for Italy Travel Podcast. This is Lindsay, from the Tampa, Florida office. Today we discover a super, Tuscan experience.

Have you ever noticed the power of flavor and aroma to transport you to places far from home, but close to your heart?

One night this week it was storming in Tampa. Our usual evening walk was not possible. So, instead, my husband reached for one of our special bottles of wine and we went out on the porch to listen to the rain and dream of Tuscany.

Today, we will share with you the wineries that have brought us and all of our clients who have visited such joy through the years. We will hear from the winemaker himself as he shares a special message with our Passion for Italy Travel

Ciao this is Allison Spiegel with Passion For Italy Travel in New York. Happy holidays! As we start to wrap up a year that has seen such significant change and heartbreak, we are reminded of how lucky we are to be healthy and safe, and we hope all of you are as well. While we have been unable to travel abroad this year, nothing can take away our ability to dream about our next travel destination. Vacation days and time away with family and friends are precious, and will feel even more special when the world opens its borders once again, and we can get back to exploring the places we love.

This holiday season, I have been reminiscing about a trip my family took to Italy last December. Usually during the holiday break, we travel somewhere

Hotels are not allowed to make free offers to voters: Bengaluru civic body | Bengaluru News

BENGALURU: While two restaurants in the city had made offers to provide free breakfast and food to those who cast their votes on Wednesday, such initiatives are expected to draw the ire of the Election Commission of India.
Taking cognizance of the offers being circulated on social media, Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) chief commissioner Tushar Giri Nath told TOI these are not allowed. He advised all eaters not to offer such things, and said “otherwise cases will be booked”. The owners of the two restaurants — Nisarga Grand and Chalukya Samrat — had told TOI that the initiative was free of political affiliation or bias, and hoped only to increase voter turnout in the city. Back in 2018, Bengaluru reported a small turnout of 54.7%. The various offers to voters aimed to increase polling numbers, they said.
