2 Bengaluru techies, ‘hired’ to review hotels, cheated of Rs 49 lakh | Bengaluru News

BENGALURU: Two software engineers lost Rs 49 lakh in separate instances to cybercriminals offering part-time jobs to review/rate hotels.
Mukta (name changed), a 28-year old techie and resident of Marathahalli, stated in her complaint that a woman identifying herself as Anjali Sharma called her over WhatsApp on April 19. Anjali claimed to be working with a company providing reviews of hotels and restaurants on Google. Anjali gave a false promise that she would recruit Mukta to provide reviews.
Later, Anjali convinced Mukta to invest some money with her. Believing the of fer was genuine, Mukta started transferring money to 12 different bank accounts provided by Anjali. “The woman transferred Rs 21,12,800 between April 19 and 24. People should be careful of such false promises. They must refuse any offer that comes with the person asking for money for the job,” said an investigating officer.

Amalfi Coast New Rules for Car Entry 2022 · Passion For Italy Travel

The Amalfi Coast Towns have had to impose new traffic rules due to the large number of tourists flooding the regions. The two single lane road, which was once a donkey track perched high on the cliffs hanging over the sea is just not large enough to cope with the traffic, resulting in long queues in the summer.

The new rules will apply to the 35 km road between Vietri sul Mare and Positano.

During peak hours in peak season, drivers will have to obey a new alternate number plate system.

If your car’s number plate ends in an odd number, you will be able to access the road on odd number days. If your number plate ends in an even number, you will be able to access the road on even number days.

I read about a young man who had learned six different languages, so he could easily travel and meet and talk to the locals. He said he has made his life so much more interesting. Traveling really is about the people, the language, the food and yes of course, beautiful places and beautiful scenery.

But what to use is this if the people are grumpy there and make you feel bad too. Or if you are grumpy…..! One always remembers a place for the wonderful service, the fantastic food or the endearing things that people do. Maybe it also has something to do with your mood – if you are exhausted, feeling lonely, arguing with your travel companion or missing your children then that place will not be remembered as being good. Living in a place is also so different to visiting for a day of course.
