TDC Strengthens Commitment to agent@home Program
There’s lots happening at Transat Distribution Canada (TDC), one of the country’s largest full-service, 100% Canadian and bilingual travel agency networks lately.
The company recently launched its new gift card program, under the name ‘zaluna.’ Gift cards can now be purchased exclusively online from the full-service travel agency network.

There have also been many management changes, which Transat Distribution Canada’s Karine Gagnon says were made “with the objective of improving efficiency and synergies within our organization.”
Among the changes, Anthony Mormina was promoted to Senior Director, Sales & Corporate Operations. In his new role, he will be responsible for leading and strengthening sales & operations for all TDC’s company owned and managed retail points of sale. This includes TDC’s Loyalty partners & Club Voyages Affair division, Voyages Transat, and Transat Travel agencies across Canada, as well as the Agent@Home sector.
The company remains focused on TDC Campus, the most affordable and comprehensive training program on the market.
“Our offerings put us in a strong position by allowing all travel professionals in our network to evolve according to their needs and to market conditions, while still enjoying the benefits of being part of the leading network in Canada,” said Karine Gagnon, General Manager of Transat Distribution Canada. “
In the end, all members profit from the learnings and programs developed in anyone of our business sector.”
Available online and on demand, it’s designed for beginners and experienced Travel Professionals alike. The TDC Campus is exclusive to our travel professionals, especially those enrolled in our agent@home program. It is the ultimate training platform, offering everyone the means to excel.
The TDC Campus offers more than 50 hours of content in English and French, that’s always up to date with continuous updates. All content is always available online, accessible and responsive to your devices, be it a computer, tablet or mobile phone and in four modules with content for all levels of experience in the travel industry. The training is based on dynamic, hands-on and varied learning approaches such as videos, readings, interactive guides, simulations, etc., to adapt to the needs of all learners and provide you with an interactive experience.
