ReFly secures €10 million Series A funding

ReFly Group Ltd has closed a Series A financing round that brought in ten million euros, with the lead investor being Investa Partners, an investment firm based in Geneva. The capital injection follows an earlier seed round of two million euros, which together raise the total amount of money secured by the enterprise to twelve million euros. The new funding is expected to accelerate the company’s growth plans and broaden its reach across international markets.

Founded in early 2024 and headquartered in London, the startup operates within the air-passenger compensation niche. It assists travelers whose flights have been delayed, cancelled, or otherwise disrupted by handling their claims. In under two years of activity, the business has handled claim files for two hundred thousand passengers each month, positioning itself among the leading providers in its field.

At present, the organization employs a staff of one hundred and forty individuals. Beyond basic compensation services, the company is building a broader suite of travel-related offerings. One initiative, called ReFly Prime, provides a subscription-based benefits program aimed at frequent flyers. Another project, named ReFly Booking, is slated to become a platform for arranging future flights and hotel stays.

Mohamed Eiweada, founder of the startup, stated, “This partnership with Investa Partners represents an important step in ReFly’s development. It will strengthen our access to international investors and support our ambition to build a leading global travel technology platform.”
