The Alltoura Club Hotels are growing rapidly, with the number of properties increasing from four in winter 2024 to over 20 by summer 2027. They aim to set new standards in the club hotel segment, with a recommendation rate of up to 95 percent and new resorts in Greece, Turkey, and Spain.
The Alltours brand has seen significant growth, with the number of clubs increasing from four to seven between winter 2024 and summer 2025, and then more than doubling to eight clubs by the current summer season.
Top-selling properties on the German market include the Poseidon Palace on the Olympic Riviera, the Porto Angeli on Rhodes, and the new Side Prenses Resort & Spa.
Jonas Neubert, head of hotel purchasing, is pleased with the average recommendation rate of around 90 percent. “Our newly added clubs, Sunrise Beach on Rhodes and One Resort Aquapark in Tunisia, already have a recommendation rate of 95 percent,” he added.
The Alltoura Club Hotel Fuerteventura Princess, a four-star property with 477 rooms, has been added to the portfolio since early November. The hotel features a large pool area and is designed in a village style.
For summer 2027, Alltours has announced seven new properties, including the Alltoura Club Hotel Balansat Resort on Ibiza, which marks the brand’s entry into the Balearic Islands. The resort has 125 rooms, some with sea views.
In Turkey, three new properties will be added: the newly built Dream Qali Family in Side-Kumköy with 219 rooms and a free shuttle to a nearby beach 700 meters away, the Megasaray Resort Side in Side-Titreyen with 313 rooms and a hotel-owned beach 250 meters away, and the White City Palmare Resort in Alanya with 312 rooms and direct beach access. All three properties have an aquapark.
New properties have also been added in Greece, including the Aristoteles Resort & Spa on the Chalkidiki peninsula with 250 rooms and the Sol by Melia Marina Beach on Crete, which will be marketed as an Alltoura property. On Corfu, the Y-building, part of the Canvas by Mitsis Messonghi resort with 960 rooms, will be added to the Alltoura portfolio, offering family rooms for up to six adults.
